The Aston Martin DB11 AMR became the performance flagship model of the DB11 range when it was launched at the Geneva Motorshow in 2017. Power was increased by 30bhp to 630bhp with torque at 700Nm and the top speed increased to 208 mph with a 0-60 time of 3.7 seconds.
Other changes came from even sharper handling thanks to the refining of the chassis, a new shift calibration for the transmission and a new and more vocal exhaust note to bring out the V12s character
Some new exterior highlights were the forged alloy wheels, exposed carbon fibre (carbon exterior finisher pack, bonnet blades and side strakes – please see specification below) and gloss black detailing, dark headlight surrounds, smoked taillights, dark front grille and tailpipes and on the interior the use of monotone leather and Alcantara, satin dark chrome switchgear, satin carbon fibre, along with AMR embossing and embroidery
In addition to the DB11 AMR a limited-edition model sporting AMR’s signature Stirling Green and lime livery was made available, with extensive use of carbon fibre detailing on the exterior. The inside was equally striking, with Dark Knight leather and Lime detailing, plus Satin Dark Chrome switchgear and Satin Carbon Fibre trim throughout. This was strictly limited to 100 units worldwide; this specification was priced at £201,995 in the UK
